With beautiful Afrikaans lyrics and a catchy, accessible melody, this canon for one to five voices is an ode to Mother Earth. Perform the piece a cappella or with the optional piano accompaniment – and don't forget to add the choreography!

Belonging to a series of canons inspired by a poem titled Mother Earth and Father Time, each piece is complemented with choreography designed by Panda van Proosdij to improve the sound and feeling of singing. The conductor's packet includes an introduction to the piece, a reproducible song sheet, a piano score, and directions for choreography and performance. You also get access to a media app that includes digital song sheets in two keys, digital piano scores to match, and three videos: a tutorial for singers with both music and dance, instructions for the conductor, and a recording of the full performance.
