Carolyn Burns

Dr. Carolyn Burns is a newly retired elementary music specialist and music education professor living in Montana. She holds a BA in music education from Rocky Mountain College, a MME with a vocal emphasis from The University of Montana and an Ed.D in Curriculum and Instruction from Montana State University.
