John Templin
John was a band director in Kansas for over fifty years. He retired after teaching public schools for thirty three years. Upon retirement, he taught eighteen years at the community college teaching the athletic band and fundamentals of music. He was involved with the local municipal band for sixty three years and was the director for thirty years. John enjoys golfing, woodworking, photography and watching his grandchildren participate in their activities.
