Sam Baltzer

Sam Baltzer holds degrees in music education from University of Missouri-St. Louis, North Texas University, and Indiana University. In 1987, he founded the NW GA WINDS community concert band based in Rome, GA, and continues as the band's artistic director and conductor. He also founded and conducts the Clock Tower Jazz Ensemble and the Chamber Players of the South. All of his compositions and arrangements have been successfully performed.
