Steven Liotta is a percussionist, composer and retired band director who taught instrumental music to grades K - College for 35 years in Brooklyn, NY. Steve was a conductor in the Salute to Music Program of New York City where he conducted his students in Carnegie Hall, NYC on numerous occasions.
