Tom OToole

Tom O'Toole irecently reitired as the Director of Performing Arts for the Shrewsbury Public Schools. Tom taught for 39 years in the public schools of Massachusetts and has been an active member of NAfME, serving twice as the Concert Chair of the Massachusetts Music Educators Association All-State Concert and as the Concert Band manager.
