Tom OToole

Tom O'Toole is currently the Director of Performing Arts for the Shrewsbury Public Schools. Tom is in his 39th year of teaching in the public schools of Massachusetts and has been an active member of NAfME, serving twice as the Concert Chair of the Massachusetts Music Educators Association All-State Concert and as the Concert Band manager.
