James Winfield is a long-time Chicago area musician—conductor, organist, composer and arranger, pianist and singer. Recently retired after 40 years as music director and organist of the Congregational Churches of Western Springs and Elmhurst, he presently serves as organist of Union Church of Hinsdale and organist/choir director of Temple B’nai Abraham Zion of Oak Park.
