Raised in California's Santa Barbara and Ventura counties, I developed an early love of music thanks to my parents' encouragement and the thrill of picking up the horn in fourth grade. That passion has carried me through years of performing with bands, orchestras, and chamber ensembles, with the concert band remaining my primary focus.
