Norman Phillip Hart

Dr. Hart's compositions and arrangements have been performed by a wide range of professional, community, college, and church groups throughout the world. A native of New Jersey, he earned his Master's degree at University of Kentucky and his Doctorate at University of Maryland, College Park.
