Melvin Hamilton

Melvin is a native of Georgia and has been an active musician since he was 10 years old. He is a veteran teacher who has taught elementary, middle and high school band, chorus and music classes. He is currently serving as the band director at William James Middle School in Statesboro, Georgia a position he has held since 2006.Outside his love for music, he enjoys reading, drawing, performing at his church, meditating, and staying physically fit.
