A native of Elmira, New York, Michael Vertoske earned a Master of Music degree and a Bachelor of Music Education degree from Ithaca College in Ithaca, NY. He has taught music in New York State since 1995, and is currently a band director at Williamsville North High School in Williamsville, New York.
