Margaret Carter

Peggy Carter is a music teacher, choral director, and performer living in Houston Texas. She hails originally from Florida where she earned a degree in Music from Stetson University in DeLand, Florida. She won a place in the Student Composer Consort with an original Suite for Clarinet Quartet.She has taught public school choral music and served as Church Music Director in Florida, North Carolina, and Texas where she was also a presenter at the state music convention.
