Philip Rugel

Philip’s musical journey began at the Interlochen Arts Academy with studies in bassoon and music composition. After graduation, Philip attended the Eastman School of Music where he studied music composition with some of America’s leading composers such as Christopher Rouse and Joseph Schwantner.
