Richard Andrews

Richard Andrews has been an educator and church music director as well as a composer and a pianist. As a pianist his chief interests are composition and improvisation,His early influences included Harlem stride pianist Willie "the Lion" Smith, and, when he was a student at Juilliard, his composition teacher, Vincent Persichetti.
