I have entitled this piece "Ngando"in lingala language, means the crocodile.Indeed, people in most African countries, are very familiar with this kind of aquatic reptile which is dangerous.Basically,in some African countries, crocodile meats are comestible. This music depicts the difference between a gator & crocodile.According to biologists,a crocodile's snout is narrow in comparison with the alligator's one which is large.Another difference is the color.Grey or black is probably a gator.Olive & tan are related to crocodile. In terms of habitats, crocodiles can be found in saltwater.Meanwhile, alligators prefer freshwater areas. Also, crocodiles are mostly aggressive than alligators. In substance, both freshwater & saltwater crocodiles are deterring fish and marine animals from damaging the ecosystem. This Piano music contains rhythmic formulas such as triplets, quintuplets, syncopation and staccato accents etc.In closing, this music could be useful for Piano Recitals for all Piano Players.
