Northern Light

A charming four minute intrada, Northern Light is equally at home in recital or special church occasions. After an opening splash, a brief suggestion of the gently rocking waves of Lake Superior gives way to a broadly swinging theme. Playful and imitative treatment of the fanfare idea leads to antiphonal trumpets and general celebration.
