O Mistress Mine

The writing of David Ashley White demonstrates a varied approach to texture, mood, and voicing. O Mistress Mine, part of his choral cycle, Mark the Music!, uses text from The Tempest and is rhythmic, jaunty, and laden with storytelling opportunities. This movement can stand alone or it may be paired with the SA voices Full Fathom Five, or SATB three-movement Mark the Music!, all with piano accompaniment.
