'Sorrowful' chorale-like opening, and ultimately ends with a
triumphant 'Celebration'.
Originally written for Brass Over Bridges.
Requires a Bass Trombone in lieu of Tuba. Trumpets require a straight mute. This version uses Bb Trumpets.
