Oigo Tu Voz

"I hear your voice. Suddenly, I breathe (again)." The first of the set to be translated to Spanish, this is the seventh movement of "Seven Seconds of Love," winner of the 2017 Young Composers Competition and premiered by Chorus Austin the same year. Despite minimal text, this final "second" of the full work explores the vitality of the human voice and its connection to breathing.
