Opus de Funk

In 1959 Art Pepper recorded 12 tunes backed by an 11-piece small band. The Marty Paich charts focused on modern jazz classics including this arrangement of the Horace Silver composition Opus de Funk. This small band chart featured Art Pepper on alto sax. This publication has been edited and engraved from the original score. Instrumentation: 2 Alto Saxes, 1 Tenor Sax, 1 Baritone Sax, 2 Trumpets, 1 Horn in F, 2 Trombones, Piano, Bass and Drums.
