Overture Jubilate

The composer has woven melodies from Mozart's "Third Horn Concerto" into the fabric of this mostly original work. It is indeed a celebratory, jubilant overture, with the outer sections being in a jovial 6/8 rhythmic feel and the slower 4/4 middle section expressively drawing on Mozart's theme.
