Plus Five

Josh Gottry's set of seven original solos for developing four-mallet marimba technique entitled For Four (Pepper catalog number 10055111) was created to address a demand for quality introductory four-mallet keyboard literature. Similarly, this companion collection was composed on commission to meet a request from several directors and percussion instructors who had the desire to provide an ensemble context for the study and performance of these developmental four-mallet solos.
