Polovtsian Dances

From the opera "Prince Igor," this is one of the great showpieces of the Russian nationalist style, and it will make a tremendous addition to your orchestra's repertoire! Including several different melodies, all of which will be familiar, the piece opens with the enchanting theme that was used for the song Stranger in Paradise.
