POP MUSIC for concert wind band and prerecorded soundscape creates a circus-like atmosphere with clownish silliness and hilariously rude sound effects. As for the title? It's an ironic nod to all our unmet expectations: the piece isn't pop music, nor does a single balloon explode. At least, not intentionally! Duration 4:17.
