Prayer

Amanda Harberg's well-loved Prayer was originally composed in 2011 as a meditation on healing. The moving nature of the work's beautiful melody and harmony have led the composer to create a wide variety of instrumentations. Harberg created this version, for eleven-part flute choir and optional percussion, for a consortium of flute choirs led by Paige Dashner Long.
