This exceptionnal set of 5 songs is intended to be performed by three equal children voices accompanied on the piano. It is based on texts by Anne Germain, Bernard Lesbats and Maurice Bourdet. The musics are by Claude Germain.
Claude Germain and Anne Germain worked together so many times that their names are difficult to be seen separately.
They were part of the vocal jazz band "Double Six" and "Swingle Singers". He received two Grammy Awards in the United States. He and his wife accompanied many artists. He composed and arranged many movie musics and conducted the corresponding orchestras.
Claude founded the vocal band "Les Masques" for which he was the composer and arranger. They were produced by Francis Lemarque and sponsored by Christiane Legrand : Anne Germain and him realized two albums for this vocal jazz band.
Anne Germain learned how to play the piano and sing with Ninon Vallin. She was too part of the vocal band Swingle Singers. She was Catherine Deneuve's voice in "Les Demoiselles de Rochefort" and "Peau d'Ane" by Jacques Demy. She had a rich career, and we can only sum up a part of what she really did. She accompanied many singers like Leo Ferre, Gilbert Becaud, Enrico Macias, Sheila, Sylvie Vartan, Johnny Hallyday, Nana Mouskouri, Michel Sardou, Francoise Hardy and Charles Aznavour.
