Pulses

Commissioned by The Crossing and Conspirare, this movement from the "Titration" choral song cycle explores how we are all connected. The constant pulse present in the lower voices serves as a collective foundation for the variety we experience as individuals, expressed in the upper voices. Despite the significant divisi, this is an approachable piece for experienced ensembles.
