Rap of the Presidents

Here's an all-new edition of this acclaimed teaching resource! For this version a longer setting has been recorded, with more contemporary rhythm tracks and horn lines, and lyrics that will take you to 2005 and beyond! Your students will love this clever rap that teaches the names of the presidents. They are presented with first and last names, in order, tied together with a catchy refrain. The teacher's handbook features the entire rap with full accompaniment including chord symbols, as well as reproducible student parts, teaching suggestions and staging/movement ideas. Use the optional Orff and rhythm instrument orchestrations, or create your own new raps that work with the recorded tracks. It's a great way to learn about our presidents and have fun doing it!
