Resplendent Celebration

This piece is inspired by childhood memories of autumn when I was a child. This piece has two distinct sections. The first embodies the thrilling nature of riding my bike through the autumn leaves. Growing up in Durango Colorado, the trees during Autumn brought about may shades of oranges, yellows, and reds. Imagine the excitement of pedaling as fast as possible while the leaves fall around you. The second section is about the nostalgia that I felt when I remembered those memories. Autumn is a poetic time of the year, with its mellow colors and crisp air. For me, its a season that makes you sentimental and I wanted to convey the feelings I had for those joyful childhood memories.
