Restful Silence - Piano Solo

This music has a waltz feel throughout and written in the form of a rondo with 4 themes. This piece should be played with expression and rubato, particularly in the waltz-like sections and mostly in the right hand melody. There is nice syncopation between the hands and there are some fast arpeggios spread across both hands in a more syncopated way over some irregular rhythms. It is more important to get a smooth flow between the hands than to play with ultimate time precision, and by playing more rubato the time can be stretched a little to fit the notes in. Level: Grade 7
