Rhythm Wizards

Rhythm Wizrards is a medium easy percussion sextet. The piece has parts for two snares, a high and medium tom, a field drum, bongos and a low tom. Musically it has a call-and-answer section with great dynamic contrast. The tempo of the pieces is only Largo, but the students must subdivide sixteenth notes throughout the piece. This makes it a wonderful teaching piece to ensure your students subdivide. It is an excellent Solo and Ensemble piece for your younger ensembles.
