Ritual Dance Woodwind Ensemble

This work musically portrays the preliminary dance surrounding a fictional rite of passage ceremony. The initial announcement of dignitaries is followed by their parade past those in attendance. Then comes the procession of the candidate, who is trailed by family and relatives. All in attendance follow the procession to the designated ritual area. The accelerando indicates that all is ready, and the ceremony is about to begin.
