Riu, Riu, Chiu

Here's an exceptionally nice setting of the anonymous 16th-century Spanish carol which features a new secular English text along with the original. It may be performed a cappella, if desired, and percussion may be added, such as hand drum, tambourine and finger cymbals, to add an extra touch of 16th-century flavor!
