Samba Solana

This is an original work for large jazz ensemble/big band reminiscent of the great bands Stan Kenton, Buddy Rich, and Maynard Ferguson ideal for concert or contest. The powerful opening leads to nice samba groove and then a driving 7/4 funk section giving your players lots of room to stretch out. Featuring alto sax with flute doubles and optional flugel horn parts for two of the trumpets.
