The relaxing contemplative harmonies of the 108 measure late intermediate solo provides a peaceful experience for the listener as the A section unfolds. After a series of syncopated chords bridges the gap between sections, the B section starts off slower and with rubato. The performer then slowly increases tempo as the second theme becomes more and more emphatic before a shortened return of the A section and coda.
