Scarborough Fair (for cello and piano)

The is a freely adapted arrangement of the popular English folk song Scarborough Fair which was made famous by Simon and Garfunkel in he 1960s. The piano accompaniment is fairly straight-forward and the cello part is printed in large easy-to-read notation. Its in the bass clef throughout and about the UK's ABRSM Grade 3 level. Much of the piece is playable in first position and the highest note (which appears only a few times) is the G above the bass staff (G4). The duration is 02:50 and this lovely folk melody in the Dorian mode would make a really useful addition to your repertoire.
