Andiamo

A straightforward march-tempo piece which uses all drum instruments to present a percussion quartet.  Scored for bongos, congas, snare drum, low tom tom and two timpani, this piece moves through several rhythmical sections and builds to a very strong conclusion.  The timpani part is extremely challenging with continual pitch pedal changes being explored on both drums throughout this four-minute piece. A strong concert opener.
