Ten Jazz Drum Set Solos

The goal of this book is to acquaint medium level players with various beats, solo suggestions and techniques which will enable them to excel in the jazz ensemble in a solo and chart-reading capacity. Rock styles include rock, half-time, classic, and funk. Jazz styles include 4/4 swing, shuffle and waltz. Latin styles include bossa nova, and mambo. An exotic solo in 5/4 time is also included played with timpani mallets.
