Simple Song of Praise

This is a sprightly rhythmic tune which will look and sound harder than it actually is.  The lyrical melody in C Major is accompanied by percussive staccato lower bells.  In the middle section things calm down a little, and the melody appears in C minor and in augmentation.  The original motive returns with some small changes and leads to a strong ending without ritard.  This is a festive piece which will be a wonderful addition to general worship service or concert.
