Slane - Fantasia for Solo Piano

The traditional Irish melody SLANE is used for the hymns Lord of all hopefulness' and Be thou my vision', and this fantasia quotes from fragments of the melody in a reflective manner, later presenting the melody complete in the left hand, with decorations above, finally dying away to a coda based on the final four notes.
