Snap!

This is an ideal first percussion ensemble. It was written to provide four or more snare drummers their initial performance piece. This work contains flams, flam taps, drags, five and nine stroke rolls, quarters, eighths, sixteenth notes, rim-shots, stick beats, playing on the rim and with the snares on and off. Although this is an exciting ensemble for beginning students, advanced students enjoy this work as well.
