Snowflake

Originally written for string orchestra, this work has been rescored for wind band and presents a beautiful, flowing melody that captures the delicate and fleeting nature of a snowflake. It features long, lyrical phrases and rich harmonies to teach playing with warmth and expression. The primary focus is on creating a singing sound and allowing the music to breathe, producing a gentle, serene atmosphere throughout.
