Sommarpsalm

Sommerpsalm {Summer Hymn] is a well-loved Swedish Hymn written in 1889. It has traditionally become one of Sweden's best loved hymns, sung throughout the country for ceremonies from weddings to national celebrations. In my adaptation and translation of the lyrics I was inspired to capture what for me is the essence and meaning of the interpretation of the beautiful original text. "On the earth, as all things change, where all things are in flux, where seasons come and go, we can be assured that the promise of God shall never change, shall be constant, shall be everlasting!"
