Sonata in C, K. 545

The most familiar of Mozart's piano sonatas, Sonata in C, K. 545 is sometimes referred to as the Sonata Semplice or Sonata Facile because of its elegance, simplicity and charm. The internationally renowned piccoloist Nicola Mazzanti has transcribed the famous Mozart sonata for piccolo and flute. Suitable for recitals, Mazzanti's Mozart is equally ripe for studies in 18th-century performance practice as applied to the piccolo.
