Sonata in D minor, Op. 5/12

This work by Corelli was reprinted many times, and many alterations to the original score crept in. The present edition is intended as a critical edition. It is based upon the first edition, which was presumably supervised by the composer himself. This theme from the Baroque period has often been used to write variations, but the best-known setting is this one by Corelli.
