When Chef Jacques, the ambitious head chef at Hot Springs Heaven Resort and Spa hears a Richelin Star food critic will be visiting, he turns up the heat – working his kitchen staff to exhaustion in hopes of winning the coveted culinary prize. Meanwhile, amazing meals begin appearing on the workers' doorsteps delivered by masked "souper heroes" with a nobler cause.  Who are these masked crusaders?
