Strata

As the name implies, Strata is written in layers. One layer is presented and another layer or layers appear over it. It was originally written for a very large group, so the keyboard parts may be doubled as needed. It was premiered at the 9th Annual Northeast Kansas Total Percussion Camp at Washburn University, and performed at the Mass Percussion Extravaganza featuring all the campers. Scored for 14-plus players, you're going to need a big stage for this one!
