Suite española, No. 1 Op. 47, Mvt. III: Sevillanas

Originally composed for piano solo, the Sevillanas movement is based on a Castilian folk dance from the 15th century. Sevillanas are festival dances, danced with partners during times of celebration. This arrangement requires students to have a solid command of flats, sharps, accidentals, and some chromaticism; at a brisk tempo, it has key changes throughout.
