Suite of Dances

This suite composed for string orchestra by Alex LaMotte has something for everybody, beginning with a charming Prelude, followed by a stately Saraband, a flirtatious Mazurka and finally ending with a boisterous Tarantella. Each of the movements has its own set of challenges for each section of the orchestra, from shifting to rhythm to technique. This piece will not only be a crowd pleaser for your audience, but also a joy to play by the musicians themselves!
