Anton Bruckner's powerful 2nd Symphony in C Minor is presented here for the advanced Concert Band and Wind Ensemble. It is based on the original 1872 version, and it is dedicated to the late renowned Bruckner expert William Carragan, without whose help the arrangement would not have been possible. As with the rest of arranger Lee Jackson's Bruckner arrangements, it features the saxophone choir as the 'strings of the band.'
